ERS have a Client who is urgently seeking to appoint a Project Manager at Milton Keynes. This challenging new role will work alongside the Sales Manager to maximise sales opportunities by ensuring a technical and consultative approach throughout the sales process and beyond. As the Company’s product installation expert the purpose of this role is to work alongside the customer’s project team to ensure each project is successful.

Job Responsibilities
To develop key accounts.
To produce and manage service contracts and renewal terms.
To provide key information regarding pricing, materials and accessories as part of the commercial bid process.
To ensure Quality Cost and Delivery is consistently maintained across each stage of the project.
To establish key working relationships with customer project teams.
As the cables product installation expert, to advise and support the process at all stages of the programme.
To manage the process using keen best practice project management methods (such as Prince 2).
To provide full and accurate resourcing requirements advice to the Customer’s project teams.
To liaise with the Company’s factories directly to ensure delivery deadlines are met and internal productive relationships are maximised.
To manage sub contractors on a day to day basis to ensure work is carried out with minimum process waste and according to lean manufacturing principles.
To regularly provide analysis and detailed reports to the Company’s Logistics management team.
To identify new business opportunities for the company supported by clear and accurate data.
To present proposals to potential new customers with compelling presentation techniques.
To promote the Company’s brand throughout the market, establishing new network channels which will further benefit the Company’s position.
To provide a truly customer focused approach to ensure all technical and non technical customer queries are resolved swiftly to exceed customer expectations.
To manage each query, liaising closely with support departments at the UK’s headquarters.
To establish a culture of continuous improvement throughout this area of the business, suggesting alternative methods and ensuring new initiatives are followed through with a demonstrable, results driven approach.
